Hammocks, straps, carabiners, and related outdoor gear involve inherent risk. Follow all included instructions, hang at a safe height (our inserts recommend no more than about 24 inches off the ground), check trees, anchors, straps, and hardware before each use, and never exceed the stated weight rating. You use our products at your own risk.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.
Section 8: Warranty
We offer a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, exceeding weight ratings, or damage from improper setup. To make a warranty claim, email maxpjensen@me.com with your order number and photos of the issue; we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
