Shipping policy

Where we ship: We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Processing time: Orders ship from Afton, Wyoming within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays). Weekend and holiday orders are processed the next business day.

Rates and delivery times:
- Standard: $8.00, 3-7 business days
- Standard on orders of $70 or more: FREE, 3-7 business days
- Express: $15.00, 1-3 business days
Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Carriers: USPS or UPS.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number.

Delays: Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, and holidays can slow delivery.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages: If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, check with neighbors and your local carrier office, then email maxpjensen@me.com within 14 days. If your order arrives damaged, email photos within 14 days of delivery and we'll work with the carrier on a replacement or refund.

Wrong address: Please double-check your address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout, and reshipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
